Based on this, the PartnerShare service provider (“we”) has formulated this PartnerShare Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy” or “this Privacy Policy”) to help you fully understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information during your use of our products and services. Before using our products and services, please read and understand this Policy carefully, especially the clauses highlighted in bold or bold-underlined text.

By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you understand the features and contents of PartnerShare’s products and services, as well as the necessary personal information required for the operation of PartnerShare’s various functional modules and value-added services, and you authorize us to collect and use such information accordingly. Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, please do not download, install, or use PartnerShare products or related services. Your actions such as clicking agree, downloading, installing, using, or logging in shall be deemed as your acceptance of this Policy. This Privacy Policy forms part of the service agreement you sign with us regarding PartnerShare services (whether in electronic or non-electronic form).

1. Scope of Application

This Policy applies to all products and services provided to you by PartnerShare service providers through websites, software clients, mobile terminals, and any new forms of technology that may emerge.

Except for the information collection and use activities described in this Policy, this Policy does not apply to other services provided to you by PartnerShare partners or third parties. Those services are subject to their own personal information collection and use policies.

2. Information Collection and Use

When you use our products or services, we need or may need to collect and use your personal information in the following two categories:

1. To provide you with our products and/or services’ basic functions, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide such information, you may be unable to use our products and/or services properly.

2. To provide you with additional functions of our products and/or services, you may choose to consent or not consent to the collection and use of certain information. If you refuse, you may be unable to use some additional functions or achieve the intended results, but it will not affect your use of the basic functions.

Please note: We strive to create diverse products and services to meet your needs. As our product modules and service types are numerous, and users may select different service ranges, the personal information types and scope collected for basic and additional functions may vary. Please refer to the actual product or service features.

Our services include but are not limited to the following:

1. PartnerShare Basic, Professional, and Business Versions

Based on your PartnerShare account and the package or functional modules you subscribe to, we provide corresponding services. To create a PartnerShare account, you need to provide at least your mobile number or email address. Without this, registration cannot be completed.

When using PartnerShare products and services, we automatically receive and record information from your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, pages visited, and your service and operation logs.

To ensure the service is provided to you personally, we may verify your identity based on the information provided above. In scenarios where verification is required by law (e.g., protecting minors, preventing telecom fraud, tax deductions, or judicial proceedings), you may authorize us to conduct facial recognition verification, used only for these legal purposes.

2. Additional Services

You may choose to further improve your account information by providing your nickname, mobile number, etc., to obtain additional customized services. Refusal will not affect the normal use of other functions.

PartnerShare may occasionally organize promotional or operational activities for new services or features. If you participate, we may collect your identity and contact information to verify eligibility and deliver rewards. If you do not participate, or you refuse to provide the information, you will not receive related rewards.

With your authorization, PartnerShare may collect shop information (limited to supported independent site platforms) for your own marketing purposes. If you do not grant authorization, you may be unable to use marketing-related features.

3. Payment Assistance

To complete payments, you may need to provide your Alipay, WeChat, or other payment account details. For example, when using Alipay, we share your PartnerShare account, Alipay username, payment information, device security data, and necessary anti-money-laundering information through the embedded Alipay SDK.

When using WeChat Pay, we share equivalent data via the WeChat SDK.

When paying via a bank card or financial institution, we share necessary card data such as card number and expiration date with your chosen provider.

To confirm payment status and provide after-sales or dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect related transaction information from Alipay, WeChat, or your payment institution.

4. Customer Service and Dispute Resolution

When contacting us or submitting after-sales or dispute requests, we may require necessary personal information to verify your account identity.

We may keep your communication records, contact information, and evidence provided to assist in resolving issues. If you consult or complain about specific orders, we use your account and order information for resolution.

We may also use other information, such as feedback or survey responses, to improve service quality.

3. External Information Sharing

(1) Sharing

We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside PartnerShare, except under the following circumstances:

1. When required by law, legal process, or competent authorities;

2. With your explicit consent;

3. To perform a contract to which you are a party (e.g., sharing necessary order information with merchants or service providers);

4. Within our affiliated companies, for service provision, account security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes, under strict confidentiality and limited scope.

Please note: if you voluntarily share or publicly disclose your personal information, it may involve sensitive data. Please consider carefully before doing so.

(2) Entrusted Processing

We may entrust authorized partners to process your personal information for specific services (e.g., analytics, customer support, infrastructure). They may only access information necessary to perform their tasks and must not use it beyond the agreed scope.

(3) Transfer

In cases of merger, division, dissolution, or bankruptcy, if personal data must be transferred, we will notify you of the recipient’s details. The new data controller will continue to fulfill this Policy’s obligations or re-seek your consent.

(2) Deletion

You may request deletion of your data or account through the same channels. We will respond under lawful conditions.

After deletion, we may retain limited data backups for legal or security reasons, stored securely and isolated from further processing.

(3) Change Authorization

You can modify or revoke your authorization for data collection through account settings or by contacting support.

(4) Account Deletion

You may request account deletion via customer support or support@PartnerShare.cn. Upon confirmation, your account will be terminated and personal data deleted or anonymized per applicable law.

(5) Automated Decision-Making

If automated decision-making (e.g., algorithms) affects your legal rights, you may contact us for review.

(6) Response Time

We will respond within 15 days to legitimate requests after verifying your identity.

5. Information Storage

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless longer retention is required by law (e.g., the E-Commerce Law requires at least 3 years of transaction data retention).

After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your data in compliance with legal standards.
